Damien Bowen

Director / Exercise Physiologist

Damien is a senior exercise physiologist who specialises in paediatrics, women's health and complex musculoskeletal conditions. Damien has over 10 years of experience and has a great love for movement analysis and retraining and also brings to the table the experience of being an elite athlete as a dual time paralympian.

Damien is also passionate about education and ensuring the continuing growth of the profession by mentoring and supervising current university students.

During his free time, he can be found planning for the future, renovating and enjoying life with his young family. Damien's favourite places in the world is Italy.

Emma Bowen

Director / Titled Continence and Women's Health Physiotherapist

Emma is a one of our Directors at Vibe who has continued her physiotherapy career to specialise. Emma completed her masters degree through curtin university to earn the title of Continence and Women's Health Physiotherapist. She is passionate about providing quality care and education to women, men and children who are experiencing problems with bladder, bowel, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and pelvic pain.

Emma is also a mum of 3 young children and when not at work can be found wrangling 3 small people and enjoying a glass of good wine. Her favourite places in the world are Yamba, and Sienna.

Lara Weston-Indrasoot

Senior Physiotherapist

Lara is a senior physiotherapist at Vibe with notable experience in the field - she specialises in treating headache, migraine, shoulder injuries, lower back and pelvic girdle pain, and sporting injuries. Lara is passionate, always delivers quality evidence based treatment and attends extensive amounts of professional development and courses to do so. And, because Lara loves to learn she is teaching herself to play the guitar. In her spare time one day, Lara hopes to travel to the Silk Road and go Scuba Diving in the Red Sea.

Vicki Woods

Practice Manager

Vicki is our practice manager and lead in admin at Vibe. Vicki has been the most valuable part of the Vibe team since the beginning and brings her own 'vibrance' to work every day!

Vic's favourite place in the world is Batehaven, South Coast NSW and she can be found here, enjoying the beach and sun when not at work. She also loves Bruce Springsteen, a glass or 2 of vino and the current book she is reading “Sleeping Beauties" by Stephen King.

Jennifer Goedde

Physiotherapist; Interest in Women’s Health

Jen holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is also currently completing her Masters in Continence and Pelvic Health. Jen is passionate about pelvic health and post natal care and runs all our Mum’s and Bub’s pilates classes at Vibe. Jen is also a very skilled musculoskeletal practitioner.

Outside of work you will find Jen……Running… anytime, anywhere ... and when she briefly stops, she will probably tell you a bad dad joke!!

Harrison Nowoczysnski

Exercise Physiologist

Harrison is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated form the University of the Sunshine Coast. Harrison has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and mental health.

Harrison's path to becoming an exercise physiologist came after many injuries throughout his rugby league career including a shoulder reconstruction. He found the importance of exercise as medicine for recovery and injury prevention.

Harrison enjoys mixed martial arts, resistance training and hunting for the perfect coffee with his girlfriend in his own time.

Sophie Moseley

Physiotherapist

Sophie is one of our physiotherapists at Vibe and has completed her Physiotherapy degree at the University of Canberra.

Sophie has interests in managing many conditions; women’s health, sports injuries and musculoskeletal injuries. She makes use of the most up to date evidence and patient-centred care to reach patients’ goals.

Sophie is originally from Wagga-Wagga and moved to Canberra to complete her degree.

When Sophie isn’t studying or at the clinic you will find her spending her weekends on the soccer pitch and caring for her fluffy friends.

Kayla Tsakalos

Exercise Physiologist

Kayla completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at University of Canberra. Kayla has a special interest in assisting patients returning to sport, injury management and pre-habilitation.

Kayla also enjoys pre and post natal exercise prescription and assisting women navigate and improve health at all stages of life.

Kayla is the head Exercise Physiologist of premier winning West Belconnen Warriors and outside of work you can find Kayla on the footy field (both playing and as a clinician), camping and spending time with her dog.

Katy Laurich

Dietition

Katy is an Accredited Practicing Sports Dietician with an abundance of experience working with patients from different backgrounds. She specialises in sports dietetics, weight management, gut concerns, paediatrics, heart health, and diabetes. Katy is also a is a Level 1 Anthropometrist and she has gained achievements for starting up a student-run Dietetics Clinic at the University of Canberra.

When she is not at Vibe, Katy can be found with her young family, Katy is also a Level 2 ski instructor and loves nothing more than spending time at the snow and teaching her kids to ski too!
