We offer clinical pilates, run by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. The classes are a combination of mat, ball and strength work aimed at restoring normal movement patterns and assisting with injury management or just general improvements in mobility and strength. In addition to classes we offer reformer sessions, with individualised programs written and reviewed regularly.
Cancer Exercise Group
The Vibe Cancer Exercise Group is a group exercise program for people before, during or after cancer treatment. Each participant is prescribed a safe, individualised exercise program according to their goals and is closely supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. We believe that exercise should be an integral part of everyone’s cancer journey due to the immense benefits it offers.
The Smiling Joints exercise group is for people with any joint related issues such as arthritis, pre or post-surgery or general joint pain. Exercises focus on joint mobility and functional strength and endurance. Exercises are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to ensure they are safe and that maximum benefits are obtained.
A program designed for mums to assist with strength, core retraining, management of pelvic floor disorder, management of post natal pathology and musculoskeletal pain. It is also a fun way to meet other mums and bring your bub to class to make it easier to fit in some safe and effective exercise in the post partum period.
The Vibe Teens Exercise Group is for adolescents aged between 12-18. The focus is on getting teens to move more, have fun and increase coordination. The group is for all abilities and aims to provide social, mental health and physical benefits.
‘The Right Level’
Diabetes Group Exercise Class
The Right Level is a small group program (maximum 8 people) consisting of exercise, education, basic dietary advice and goal setting. The ultimate aim of the program is to equip you with the tools you need to manage your blood sugar independently. The program is run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Medicare assistance available through your GP for Type 2 Diabetics.
Next Steps for Mums
The Next Steps program is for mums looking to improve functional strength with a strong focus on core and pelvic stability. The class is a safe space for mums and bubs are most welcome! All sessions are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. This class would be suitable for mums looking to return to gym style exercise, or for those looking for the next step after our Bubbalates classes.
