Your remedial massage therapist will use a range of techniques to treat the tissues which can include:

  • Trigger point therapy
  • Deep tissue treatment
  • Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (stretching techniques)
  • Myofascial release
  • Kinesiology taping
  • Dry needling
